Grantmaking
2020 GCC Grantmaking
In FY 2020, GCC administered two groups of invitation-only grantmaking.
3Ps – Production, Preservation, Protection / Suburban Organizing grants support external organizing to ensure voices of low-income people of color from across the Bay Area (prioritization to suburban communities) are strong and impactful in 3Ps implementation and are connected to a regional infrastructure and have a regional impact.

SPARCC – GCC’s SPARCC work is a collaborative effort between GCC, the 6 Wins for Social Equity Coalition (6 Wins), and the Bay Area Regional Health Inequities Initiative (BARHII). We call our collective work Bay Area for All, or BA4A. SPARCC grants contribute to our broader collective strategy by supporting projects that keep low-income and vulnerable residents in transit, jobs rich neighborhoods and create long‐term pathways for protecting communities from housing/real estate cycles that have devastated communities.
