The Center for Transit-Oriented Development has released an interactive online version of their Mixed-Income Transit-Oriented Development (MITOD) Action Guide. The goal of the guide is to help practitioners identify the most appropriate and effective planning tools for achieving mixed-income communities.
Created by TransForm for the Great Communities Collaborative, these new additions to the toolkit deal with issues regarding senior mobility as well as provides information on senior-friendly transportation policies and ways to better design TOD for seniors.
