Sonoma-Marin Area Rail Transit picked the Guerneville Road site for the north Santa Rosa rail station. In honor of the forthcoming community planning process for the surrounding neighborhood, Friends of SMART, Greenbelt Alliance, and the Leadership Institute for the Ecology and Economy have partnered to take SMART advocates on a tour of existing rail stations.
Join us on June 26 for Living Near Transit: A tour of three stations. We'll start in Santa Rosa, take the ferry to San Francisco, and then ride BART to the Hayward, Fruitvale, and MacArthur stations for tours led by speakers active in the planning processes at their respective stations.
Discover what other cities in the Bay Area have learned through station area planning!
